its minecraft, but, like roads and other real life castles, they do not have such steep slopes, probably around 45c, and have long climbing hills, example that i could give for this is hohenzollern castle, it has a perfect example with it, the hill climbs quite long distances, now if this castle was actually builtt it would collapse on the front defenses, trees do help make slopes steeper, but they can only hold upto about 8 degrees more, and it isnt really worth to plant trees infront of defenses due to the fact that it will block visibility for the archers defending the castle. the only possible way it would stand like this if it had a strong rock foundation, example of which is neuschwanstein, which is rock only, but i do not expect any strong rock foundations possible here, it's more like a mountain area only thing
