United germanic states of Europe and America

This is an old postcard from the Kaiserreich time, it was a time when the Germans discovered the pride
for their germanic ancestry, for old legends, gods and some groups had even the idea to unite all
people of the same blood as you can see up here.

The ethnics they show on the card are:

Germans, Austrians, Swiss, Liechtensteiner, Luxemburger, Dutch, Flemish, Scandinavians, British, Irish, North-Americans, Swedish minority in Finland, Baltic States.

The countries they forgot:

Iceland, Australia, New Zealand, Whites in South Africa.

The poem under the title is saying:
