Description
After Prussia defeated Austria and its allies in the battle of Königgrätz in 1866,
Bismarck and the southgerman states agree on a new order. Prussia will create
a North German Confederation and the southgerman states a South German Confederation
under bavarian hegemony.
Both Confederations promise to support each other in the case of war, especially if
France declares war.
The NGC will get the southern part of Hesse together Frankfurt, therefor Bavaria will keep
some southern thuringian communities. Hohenzollern-Sigmaringen will become an exclave
of the NGC, but traders and citizens won´t have any problems when passing the borders.
